Product Description

NanoSALV Catalytic Advanced Wound Care Treatment Matrix is intended for the management of chronic, acute, and minor wounds, burns, and minor skin infections and irritations. NanoSALV Catalytic is an amorphous cellulose matrix gel containing NanoTess’ proprietary composite material – NanoKARE™. NanoKARE™ is designed to reduce the thresholds needed to achieve optimal healing outcomes, reduce inflammation, and provide safe and effective broad-spectrum antimicrobial and biofilm protection within the matrix.

Indications

NanoSALV Catalytic Advanced Wound Care Treatment Matrix may be used for the management of chronic, acute, and minor wounds, burns, and minor skin infections and irritations.

NanoSALV Catalytic actively supports wound healing across the continuum of wound care, from early-stage intervention to chronic stage wounds. NanoSALV Catalytic maintains a physiologically moist microenvironment at the wound surface.

This environment is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelialization, and optimal wound healing. This environment may also be used to support autolytic debridement.

NanoSALV Catalytic may be used to reduce inflammation. As NanoKARE™ provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial and biofilm protection within the matrix, NanoSALV Catalytic may be applied to infected and non-infected wounds.

NanoSALV Catalytic may be used in a variety of wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs), pressure ulcers, leg ulcers (venous stasis ulcers, arterial ulcers), traumatic wounds, oncology wounds, surgical wounds, burns, graft sites, donor sites, vascular access or peripheral intravenous sites, superficial wounds, minor cuts, minor skin infections, abrasions, lacerations, skin tears, and irritated areas.
