Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Lead to establish, drive, and execute our marketing and communications strategy. This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who can set vision and direction while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.
This role will be responsible for building brand presence, shaping thought leadership, engaging clinical and commercial partners, and ensuring consistent, compliant communications across multiple audiences. The successful candidate will be both a strategist and an executor—comfortable developing long-term plans while also managing day-to-day marketing activities.

• Strategic Leadership
- Develop and maintain a marketing roadmap and communications strategy in a manner that is aligned withcorporate and commercial objectives.
- Lead consumer insights and analytics efforts; interpret metrics to shape strategy and performance tracking.
- Partner with commercial teams to strengthen and enable go-to-market strategies and retailer programs.
• Execution & Delivery
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, and partner channels.
- Develop collateral (presentations, product sheets, white papers, case studies) tailored to clinical and patientaudiences.
- Manage external agencies, contractors, and vendors where needed.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing and communications effectiveness, with agility to adjust based on outcomes.
• Communications
- Lead brand storytelling across channels, including website, social media, and media outreach.
- Harmonize messaging and tactics across digital and physical channels.
- Support internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Build strong community networks with key opinion leaders, clinicians, partners, and stakeholders.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Background in management consulting or strategic advisory is highly desirable, with demonstrated ability to translate strategic frameworks into actionable plans.
- Proven track record of both leading strategy and executing hands-on marketing deliverables.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
- Mastery of storytelling.
- Collab‑heavy, growth-oriented mindset working within cross-functional teams.
- Strong results orientation and budget optimization skills.
- Relentlessly seek to understand the needs behind the humans that interact with our product, process, and company.
- Excited about learning new things, while simultaneously optimistic about completing routine tasks.
