Role Overview
We are seeking a operations leader to scale and optimize the company’s operational backbone. This individual will be accountable for both strategic direction and hands-on execution, ensuring that day-to-day operations run seamlessly while also positioning the company for rapid growth.

This is a multifaceted role covering general operations, inventory, supply chain, safety, production, and quality, as well as strategic expansion, including international readiness, IT infrastructure development, and cost optimization. The successful candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial setting, balancing high-level strategy with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and manage execution across functions. The role harmonizes strategic vision with execution, ideal for a hands-on leader adept at navigating high-growth environments.

This leader will manage a mix of full-time staff, part-time employees, and contractors, ensuring alignment, accountability, and efficiency across the organization.

• Strategic Growth Enablement
• Design and execute a multi-year operations and productivity roadmap that reduces COGS, increases efficiency, and positions the company for multi-product, multi-country expansion.
• Spearhead end-to-end improvements to enable operations at scale including logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, vendor relationships, IT infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.
• Operational Leadership
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Own and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations: production, supply chain, facility management, inventory management, safety, quality, IT, and compliance.
• Develop and refine scalable processes to support consistent operations.
• Cost & Efficiency Optimization
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance, costs, and productivity.
• Lead supplier and vendor negotiations to optimize costs while maintaining high quality.
• Lead 3PLs, carriers, and distribution vendors to scale operations effectively while maintaining performance, service quality, and cost optimization.

• Background in management consulting or strategic advisory is highly desirable, with demonstrated ability to translate strategic frameworks into actionable plans.
• Proven track record of both leading strategy and executing hands-on operations activities.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
• Systems thinker with an eye for detail and optimization.
• Collab‑heavy, growth-oriented mindset working within cross-functional teams.Strong results orientation and budget optimization skills.
